Welcome to the Palmetto Speed Shop Online Store... Everything you need
to go fast and stay fast at the lowest prices around!
Please review the
below information and policies to make sure your order is processed
quickly and correctly.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
If it is your first time placing an order on the store, please go and
register and enter all the required information in order to be able to
place an order. One thing specifically that needs to be addressed is
the specific account type you wish to have. You can choose either Racer
Discount or Wholesale Account. Racer Discount Accounts is our
discounted racer pricing for all customers other than Wholesale
accounts. Once you have registered you will be automatically approved
to place orders and receive the discounted price posted. If you have
chosen the Wholesale Account option than you will have to be manually
approved and will be contacted for more information.
If you are a returning customer, make sure that you login to place your orders and view current pricing
MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT:
When you login as a returning customer, you will see your account
screen where your past orders will be displayed as well as current
tracking information for recent orders. You will also be able to keep
track of reward points which will be covered later.
PLACING ORDERS:
Once you have logged in to your account and are ready to view pricing
and place an order, its very simple. Add the specific items that you
are looking for to your shopping cart and when your done click
checkout. Put all of your shipping information and click Proceed to
shipping calculation. On the shipping screen you will notice that the
only option is for Shipping to be calculated later, the reason for this
is the variety of different items and the sizes of boxes at which we
use to ship, so shipping can never be calculated correctly. All orders
are shipped FEDEX and all orders shipping same day need to be placed no
later than 2:00 pm Eastern. All orders placed after 2:00 pm will be
processed the next day.
Step 3 is to proceed to PAYMENT INFORMATION:
If your billing address for your credit card and shipping address are
the same please click the block denoting so, and your shipping
information should automatically be put in its place. If your billing
address is different, please put the correct information in. Next, move
to the payment method section. We accept all major credit cards but we
do not process them online for security purposes. Please put in your
credit card number, expiration date, and the security code. The total
you see will not reflect any shipping and handling and will not reflect
any discounts that must be manually figured with products that are mix
matched to receive a quantity discount. The total will be emailed to
you with your tracking number to the email address that you provided on
your account.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
No Credit cards are processed online. The shipping is a discounted rate
that we pass on to you with a 2% handling charge based off of the total
to help cover some of the expenses in processing credit cards. If a
credit card is denied we will contact you at our earliest convenience
to check on other forms of payment. This may cause a delay in order in
which we are not held responsible.
All orders are subject to approval. Any obvious pricing errors will not
be honored. We try our best to make sure that every item is in stock
and available but in the case that something is out of stock we will
make every attempt to contact you and let you know so changes can be
made if necessary.
Returns: All returned / refused orders without pre approval are subject
to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be made within 30 days of the
invoice date. All returns will be issued in the form of Gift Card that
can be used on your next order. Customer must package unused items to
return for a credit, any items damaged or used by customer will be
returned to the customer with no credit issued.
REWARD PROGRAM:
Something that you may have saw being used in the retail market is the
use of reward points. For every dollar that you spend on the Palmetto
Speed Shop Online Store, you will be rewarded 1 point. Once you have
reached the 2,000 point total you have the option of cashing in those
points for a $25.00 Gift Card good towards your next visit with PSS. We
will have special incentives throughout the year to earn more points on
your purchases. This is just another way Palmetto Speed Shop is giving
back to our customers and to say Thank You for your business.
